Baby Steps

Got my Hinge notification number down from 163 today. 

I don't always super enjoy going through dating app notifications but I needed to work on grad school applications and going through Hinge seemed more fun than that.

Will any dates come from this? Time will tell. I think I have a fear of things going somewhere (as pointed out by a dear coworker:'))

Some have asked, "How did you get your number so high?" and the answer to that question is, I downloaded the app weeks ago and haven't really touched it since. The high notification number is due to weeks of potential matches built up.

Update: it is January 17 at 11:26am MST and our Hinge notification count is at 119 with two potential dates in the works. Will keep the blog updated.
